The house is well equipped for winter with radiant floor heat and a cozy wood stove. There is also an oversized detached two car garage for parking. Fantastic opportunities for snow shoeing and XC skiing in the neighborhood and in the close trail systems. The space This neighborhood gives you incredible recreation area access. We are 5 minutes from Brainard Lake Recreation Area (fantastic snow showing and XC skiing in Winter with breathtaking views) and many other trail systems. Nederland is 20 minutes away with plenty of restaurants. Boulder is 35 minutes away and Estes Park is 40 minutes away. With no cell phone service at the house, you can truly get away from it all and unwind. We have a land line for phone calls and Starlink internet for wifi. We also have a TV, DVD player, DVD's, a Wii, Board Games, and Books if you want to cozy up inside. The huge Lazy Boy chair in the living room is a great place for morning coffee and a great book. Kitchen includes Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, dishes, plenty of coffee mugs, and cookware. You will need 4wd/awd and snow tires to access the house in the winter. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and parking for 2 cars in the garage.
