Our waterfacing beach house is perfect for larger families because of it's wonderful open floor plan and separate sleeping quarters on the second level. Enjoy gorgeous waterveiws from 6 of the 11 rooms. Newly renovated and incredibly well equiped-book early so you don't miss out! The space Light filled space. Waterviews from every room. Three upper floor bedrooms + small upstairs reading/office area at the top of the stairs, a bonus room downstairs with a daybed + pull out trundle adding space for (2) more to sleep. This space has no door and leads to the kitchen. It is inbetween the kitchen and back living room/TV room. Guest access The entire house is for guests, the front yard facing the water is equipped with a picnic table, chairs, and a fire-pit. There is a small deck out back-seats 2 people & small propane grill. Long driveway ample room for cars and boat trailer. Shed behind garage with beach supplies and room to store your bikes. Access by code through the back door. Other things to note Read guestbook for what to do, where to eat, and other recommendations! Fishing and crabbing at public piers (memorial park) & on the overpass just before the entrance to Assateague state park, crabbing in the state park along creeks & fishing on the beach. The docks to the left and the right of the house belong to the neighbors.
