This is the place to be for those who can’t wait to kayak, paddleboard or tube the river, throw axes, have a horse experience, hike trails and more! Fuller’s Folly has a rock painting station, a petrified wood laboratory, barnyard animals you can pet and feed (including farm fresh eggs to take) and the only Fairy Forest in Parker County! From the very first step, the Hobbit Treehouse is a magical adventure. Guests enter the treehouse across the grand swinging bridge onto the wrap-around 15-foot-high deck. This deck is a true entertainment space with plenty of seating for everyone, a fire table, steamy hot tub, and propane grill. Each night, guests can fully unwind under the stars and listen to the sounds of nature below them. Be sure to bring s’mores for the fire pit! Guests will find gnomes and fairies in various corners, waiting to welcome them to this inviting retreat. A spacious floor plan gives guests more time to enjoy the nature that comes through the large picturesque windows, so even a rainy day is not wasted! The full kitchen provides every amenity needed to prepare a meal for the whole family. With a sink, full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, guests will forget they are 15 feet above the ground! There is also indoor seating in the living room with a beautiful view of the deck and just within conversation’s reach of the kitchen. The treehouse has two full bedrooms and a bunk room. Guests may need to flip a coin to decide who gets to sleep where! On the first level, one full bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, crisp linens, cozy quilts and two nightstands. Upstairs, the twin bunk room is made especially for kids (or kids at heart!) and features an additional play area under the bunks - ideal for building forts! The upstairs full bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, fresh linens, quilts and two nightstands. It even has a great view of the lower level with its open loft construction. The private full bathroom downstairs features a large vanity, rainfall shower and provided linens. Guests can wash away a day of adventure and prepare for the next!
