"Sunset G.E.M": Updated home, a block from beach!

New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay. The space Having no restaurants on the island keep it quiet, with no traffic. However, just a 1-2 minute drive back over the bridge and there are a number of restaurants. Also, Ocean Isle and Calabash "The Seafood Capital" are just 10 min from the house. Want even more options? North Myrtle is 20 minutes and Myrtle Beach is 45 minutes. There is a Food Lion in Sunset Beach and a Lowe's Foods and Publix 10 min away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, and storage closet with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Other things to note -Linens provided: bed sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. Please bring your own beach towels. -We list 8 people, but with the 5 beds, we'll allow more if children are part of the group. Just ask!
