🏡 We have two options, both for exclusive use (not shared with other guests): - El Colibrí: main house, ideal for small groups (up to 10 people). - Complete Quinta Trinidad: house + 3 apartments, ideal for large groups or events (up to 16 people comfortably). Check the title to see which one you're booking. 🌿 The space 🏡 El Colibrí – Country house with pool and green areas, ideal for resting 🌿 El Colibrí is the main house of our Quinta, ideal for small groups looking for privacy, comfort and nature. The rental is for exclusive use, not shared with other guests. 🛏️Distribution of spaces and beds: Upper floor: Open space with railing and interior view, located up the stairs. It has 3 single beds. It's not a closed room, but it's comfortable and ventilated. Ground floor: 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed (sliding type, under the double bed) Living room: 2 single sofa beds + 1 inflatable mattress 1 full bathroom inside the house 🍽️ Equipped kitchen inside the house, with: Gas stove, microwave Refrigerator Cutlery, dishes and basic utensils 🌳Also enjoy: Private pool, trampoline and garden Palapa with barbecue and lounge area 2 full outdoor bathrooms (men and women) in the barbecue area Amenities to enjoy as a group Outdoor parking It is a perfect space to relax with family or friends. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the main house, pool, garden, palapa with barbecue, outdoor bathrooms, and outdoor parking. Service areas and apartments remain closed during your stay. Other things to note 📶 Wi-Fi internet service is available on the property, although due to the rural location it may have slight variations in speed. 🐾 Pets are welcome, we only ask that you take care of the spaces and pick up their waste. The Quinta is mostly fenced, but small and very restless pets could find spaces to go out, so supervision is recommended. 📌 Important: As it is a natural environment, insects or wild animals may be found. On one occasion, a pet ingested a toad at night with serious consequences. As a precaution, we ask that you do not leave your pets alone at night or unattended in open areas. 🚗 The access road is not paved, but it is passable in small cars. Even on rainy days, you can carefully drive up to the outdoor parking lot. 🏊 The pool is irregularly shaped, approximately 9 meters long and has an average depth of 1.4 meters. 🧼 Bath towels are provided. We do not have pool towels. 🌡️ The main house has air conditioning. 🚪 The apartments are located a few meters from the main house, each on a different floor, and are accessed by stairs: Second floor: full private bathroom Third floor: full bathroom in the hallway Fourth floor: no bathroom, but it has a terrace with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing 🛏️ The main house has a bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed and a single trundle bed, ideal for people with reduced mobility. However, the paths are not wheelchair accessible and are somewhat narrow.
