Located in a prime spot, you’ll have convenient access to world-renowned wineries and breweries in Calistoga, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma, and Healdsburg. Plus, we’re only minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. The space Nestled in a peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking a serene place to call a home away from home. As an added bonus, a Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available for your little one’s comfort and your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics cookware and appliances, ready for you to use. Just a heads-up, our home doesn’t have a washer or dryer machine, but there’s an affordable laundromat just 2 minutes away by car (Montecito Super Wash). Please note, the apartment doesn’t have central air conditioning. However, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. The unit has a window air conditioner in the living room for added comfort. The apartment is equipped with central heating. The apartment is in a family-friendly neighborhood and as a short-term rental/guest, it's obligatory to follow the House Rules and City of Santa Short-Term Rental Homes Mandatory Quiet Hours set by the City ordinance. HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES FOR STAYS FOR OVER 10 NIGHTS: - For stays longer than 10 nights, an initial, limited supply of household essentials (such as toilet paper and paper towels) will be provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: - No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, and e-cigarettes. If any physical or scent evidence is found, you will be charged for odor, damage, and additional cleaning fees.
