Located in a prime spot, you’ll have convenient access to world-renowned wineries and breweries in Calistoga, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma, and Healdsburg. Plus, we’re only minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. The space Nestled in a peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking a serene place to call a home away from home. As an added bonus, a Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available for your little one’s comfort and your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics cookware and appliances, ready for you to use. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with easy access to wineries, breweries, parks and trails, and many local amenities. The unit's open-concept design creates a sense of flow and tranquility. Spacious bedrooms offer a retreat from the main living areas, providing room to unwind. The apartment features a private entrance that leads directly into the unit, with lush, beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for enjoying a bit of nature right at your doorstep. Kick back in the backyard—good vibes only. With cozy string lights overhead, a big table for hanging out, and a propane BBQ ready to fire up, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Just a heads-up, our home doesn’t have a washer or dryer machine, but there’s an affordable laundromat just 2 minutes away by car (Montecito Super Wash). Please note, the apartment doesn’t have central air conditioning. However, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. The unit has a window air conditioner in the living room for added comfort. The apartment is equipped with central heating. The apartment is in a family-friendly neighborhood and as a short-term rental/guest, it's obligatory to follow the House Rules and City of Santa Short-Term Rental Homes Mandatory Quiet Hours set by the City ordinance. HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES FOR STAYS FOR OVER 10 NIGHTS: - For stays longer than 10 nights, an initial, limited supply of household essentials (such as toilet paper and paper towels) will be provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: - No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, and e-cigarettes. If any physical or scent evidence is found, you will be charged for odor, damage, and additional cleaning fees. CITY OF SANTA ROSA SHORT-TERM RENTAL HOMES MANDATORY QUIET HOURS: - Enforced 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM - As a short-term rental/guest, it's obligatory to follow the House Rules and City of Santa Short-Term Rental Homes Mandatory Quiet Hours set by the City ordinance. - No parties/gatherings/events. You will be ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND CHARGED ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES. - ****If we receive noise complaints, you may be ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND.**** NO EARLY ITEM OR LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR LUGGAGE STORAGE POLICY: - Our home does not offer early item or luggage drop-off or storage. Please make alternate arrangements. PARKING: - Maximum number of vehicles allowed: 3 - ONLY 1 RESERVED SPACE IN CARPORT - If you have more than 1 vehicle, free street parking is available - On-site EV charging not available STRICT NO SERVICE ANIMAL/ESA/PET POLICY: - No Service Animal, ESA, or pet are allowed at the property.
