Our family friendly 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is located 1/4 mile to Mt. Abram (main lodge), 10 min to Bethel, and 20 minutes to Sunday River. After skiing or mountain biking, enjoy the spacious living room and balcony views of the mountain. The spacious upstairs loft has additional living space and a flatscreen TV. The space Our condo is conveniently located 1/4 mile from Mt. Abram ski and bike area. Adults can cook dinner and enjoy drinks at the breakfast bar while the kids head upstairs to the loft bunk room, which offers sleeping and living space with a 55" flat-screen smart TV. Toys include Magnatiles, wooden blocks, and a Thomas the Train set. The condo has fast wifi if you need to get work done while you play in the mountains of Western Maine. Beautiful views of Mt. Abram from the balcony. Our place is comfortable and has an old-school ski condo vibe. Guest access Guests will have the whole condo to themselves. There is plenty of parking in front of the unit. We will leave keys in a lockbox. Coin-op laundry, located in the basement of the building, is the only shared space. Other things to note Please note the large upstairs bedroom is a loft that is open to the downstairs living area. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs. Coin -op laundry is available in the basement of the building. Our condominium association prohibits the parking of trailers on the property. This ensures safe and adequate access for all guests and residents.
