We are part of a stunning residential community, with other homeowners both above and below us. Respect for those owners in the building is an absolute must. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the fantastic Brush Park location, while also paying homage to the Motor City. The fully equipped kitchen is where you'll prepare and enjoy delicious meals before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the whole condo very bright during the day, accenting the hardwood floors, tastefully picked furniture, and Detroit-inspired artwork throughout to further enhance the luxurious ambiance under the majestic 10' ceiling. We recommend downloading the ParkDetroit app for IOS or Android. Please note that these spots tend to fill up quickly in the afternoon. In addition, there is also a (paid) valet company right outside our building. Please note that pricing can vary based on premium sporting events or concerts in the area on that particular day, but Airbnb guests typically pay $40 per night for in-and-out service. Last but not least, my preference is the incredibly convenient SOMA parking structure one block away (Erskine St.) also available at just $20-$25 per night. This is a quiet, family-friendly property designed for restful overnight accommodations - not for events or parties. Out of respect for our neighbors (including families with young children), we kindly ask that you observe the following: ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS ★ We ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No more than (4) guests are permitted in the condo at any point during your stay. ★ NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY ★ We are smoke-free building, including the outside area and surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping is permitted by our guests anywhere inside the gates. Any smoking evidence will result in a sizable fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO DRUG USE ON THE PROPERTY ★ ★ NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY ★ ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love our four-legged friends as much as anyone.
