Most of the time you can find a space either right on 6th street in front of the condo or just one block away on 3rd Ave South. Guest access Just two flights of stairs to the top level of my quaint building, turn RIGHT and go to the 2nd door on the right. There you will find the front balcony where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
