The cottage is its own little space nestled in the back of my home. You will have your own entry way, a well lit walkway to your own tiny home for the duration of your stay! Keyless entry, access to the outdoor areas, tv (cable/WiFi included), and peaceful tranquillity! Enjoy! 10 mins away from Tampa International Airport; 20 mins away from Raymond James stadium The space Very inviting space, clean & cozy! Close by is access to fishing on the Gandy bridge, catch a sunset on Picnic Island beach park, get in a walk/run on Bayshore Blvd., enjoy lunch at the restaurant at Ballast Point pier, and if you’re military you have access to MacDill Airforce Base! If you’re interested in visiting St. Petersburg, FL and it’s beautiful beaches and fun - filled downtown flare - it’s only a 30 minutes drive! ***Downtown Tampa*** 10-15 minutes drive! Guest access Keyless entry door code provided with check-in instructions Free parking spaces are available on the (side of my home) street parking (Ingraham Street). Parking is safe and convenient. Other Key Information: 1.Microwave only in Kitchen, no stove inside guesthouse. 2. Large refrigerator inside guesthouse with complementary waters included. 3. Coffee maker (K-cup usable or coffee beans can be used) Utensils provided (forks, knives, spoons, etc.) K-cups, sugar, and cream provided. 4. Glass dishes provided (cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, drinking glasses, plates, and bowls). 5. Bathroom is small, toilet is nestled in the corner - but has a full bathtub and shower). Other items provided include: - Disposable paper towels - Multi-surface cleaner - Disinfectant wipes or spray - Antibacterial hand sanitizer - Extra hand soap - Trash receptacles (blue) are located in the front of the main house.
