SeaDreamer30A has 3 SCREENED PORCHES which complement the spacious 2800+ sqft home - the rear porches overlook the pool and the beautiful Point Washington Preserve - coffee or cocktails - a perfect place to start or end the day! This meticulously maintained home has a wonderful open floorplan - dining, living, and kitchen areas are perfect for the entire family! The kitchen is fully equipped and a pool bath is nearby. There is plenty of seating for the family at the dining table and kitchen island. Beach accesses are a quick 10 minute ride away! Enjoy the beach by day and beautiful forest quietude in the evening! Host fees include cleaning, damage insurance, and convenience fee. There are TWO MASTER BEDROOMS(KING BEDS) - one on the first floor with a private bath and the larger master suite on the second floor which is located on the backside of home and has access to a PRIVATE SCREENED PORCH, larger bathroom with separate shower, tub, and vanities. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN? The loft area (bunk room) with an added barn door is located off the UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE. This is a great area to set up the pack n play and the room has two twin custom beds for children! There are 2 addition bedrooms upstairs include one bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS and one bedroom with an additional KING size bed. KING bedroom has direct access to bathroom. The full bath upstairs is shared by these 2 rooms and the loft area. All bedrooms have smart tvs’s and deluxe plush mattresses. This home is a non-smoking, non-vaping, no parties, and no pets on premise home. No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises. Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 30 must be present and staying on the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 13 to 21. Parking for 2 cars with additional public parking subject to availability. Naturewalk30A does NOT allow RV's, trailers, or campers. Additional cooking grills boil pots etc also NOT allowed. Private Pool: The Pool can be heated for an additional $30/day from Oct. thru April. The pool cannot be heated if the outdoor temperature is below 48 degrees. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours in advanced to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep max. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 86 degrees. Pool temperature cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather.* The pool is for registered guests only. Due to insurance liabilities, we cannot allow "friends of guests" to use the pool. **** Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool. The home is equipment with state required alarm.**** Naturewalk30A at Seagrove : A newer 150 acre community, Naturewalk30A is nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor off 395. An ideal pedestrian friendly location, Naturewalk30A is very close to the Publix grocery store in the Watercolor Crossings Shopping center. Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre. Amenities include - Pickleball Courts, Basketball, and Naturewalk's 'Gathering Place' features a zero entry lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children's playground, fire pit, 2 outdoor gas grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs. 30A is a beautiful, scenic, truly unique 19 mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach and is comprised of many communities. Amazing white sand, rare coastal dune lakes, Grayton Beach Park, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes, and good old southern hospitality! Nearby restaurants to NatureWalk 30A include: Publix Supermarket and Deli, Pizza by the Sea, Fish Out of Water, Wine World, The Perfect Pig, Great Southern, Black Bear Bakery, Bud and Alley's, Barefoot Barbecue, and many more! Beach Access : Convenient access to several Seagrove Beaches - both public and private closeby. The beautiful emerald water, white sand beaches can be accessed via a car-free via a 1 mile nature trail called Lilly Lane from Naturewalk, on foot or bike. It leads to the San Juan Street beach access. By car/golfcart- take 30A to Santa Clara/San Juan Beach Access - it is approx 1.5 miles from SeaDreamer30A - an 10 min drive! There is parking for available at both locations. Santa Clara beach access offers restrooms and ramp walkway down to the beach. State Park Beaches The state parks also offer huge, beautiful, white sand beaches. To the East, Deer Lake State Park ($3 per car) and to the West Grayton Beach State Park ($5 per car) Guest access SeaDreamer30A offers Luggage Drop off if arriving before 4 pm check-in.
