Other things to note ** Our house will be professionally cleaned for your stays. Beds will be made with fresh linens in our pet and smoke free home. Enjoy the luxury and comfort of a clean and clutter free home. **NO more than 16 persons maximum, as per Building Ordinance and Airbnb rules and regulations. ** NO PETS/ ANIMALS, NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ NO LOUD PARTIES, NO DRUGS, Per city ordinance, outside noise from deck/ yard or emanating from the dwelling MUST be minimized by 10pm. Avoid disturbing neighbors. You will be asked immediately to leave if you violate these rental terms and no refunds will be issued for your records. NO PETS: If a pet is found on the premises, a pet surcharge of $300 will be applied. We need to pay someone to deep clean and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. NO SMOKING/ VAPE : A $400 cleaning fee will be applied. NO LOUD PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS: Loud parties and large gatherings are not permitted according to the short term rental permit and City ordinances. If a loud party does occur, you will be asked to remove the premises with no refunds. Fireworks while legal in PA, are limited in the township. Our house is fairly remote, but neighbors may complain if excessively loud outside of the 4th of July most likely. EXTERIOR VIDEO/ AUDIO SECURITY : Always ON, viewing OUTSIDE perimeters only. NO cameras are inside the house. A limited supply of shampoo, toiletry, paper towels, dish detergent, hand soap and trash bags will be provided. If you need more supplies during your stay, CVS is just a few miles away. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a Hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap and provide exceptional service.
