Home is in a quiet all-duplex neighborhood about 3 miles from downtown and UofA/Razorback stadium - just a short Uber ride away. Large, bright living room/kitchen with Smart TV. This is a 3br home with 1 bedroom available for guest use (other two are locked storage). Start your morning with a walk on backyard trail, or hop on I-49 and explore the Ozarks! Clean, open, 1BR/2BA uncluttered home that accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for the practical traveler. The Living area is large and bright with natural light, a big sectional couch and a smart TV with Netflix, Sling and Hulu. Deck has direct access to a beautiful city trail in the backyard. Nice updated kitchen with granite counters opens to the living area. The Bedroom available for guests is the master and has a comfortable bed with a private attached bathroom and smart TV w Netflix and attached full bathroom. Second full bathroom is by living area. You will have the entire place to yourself, but the other two rooms (used as personal office and storage) and garage are locked and off limits to guests. We usually only open the calendar on this property when not in town so we will not need to access the property or those two rooms during any stay. You will have the entire place to yourself - all living areas, master bedroom and two full baths, large living room, kitchen, back deck and 2 car parking up front (no garage). Bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. No washer/dryer/garage access. 2 other bedrooms (an office and storage used while home is vacant and I'm in town) will be locked and off limits to guests. City trail runs directly behind property, great for running or leisure walks. I try to welcome guests personally but I travel a lot, so if I'm not around I can provide self check-in instructions the day of arrival. Either way, I stay available before and during your stay for anything you may need, questions, or recommendations on what to do around town. The neighborhood is basically duplexes with a good mix of students and working adults. It's quiet and friendly, with a suburban feel but very easy access to the highway (1 minute drive), and less than 3 miles to downtown and the UofA. This neighborhood is very convenient but easier to get to with a car. Uber and Lyft and affordable and quick ways to get to most places in town in less than 10 minutes. You could bike to the university or downtown (30-45 minutes) or walk on the trail and cross a path to the neighborhood behind property for restaurants, shops and a Harps grocery store (8-10 minute walk). That area also has public transportation that connects to the city but frequency varies according to school calendar. No Garage available for guests use. Parking on driveway or street is readily available.
