Welcome to our beautiful, modern, 750 square ft one bedroom apartment. Our apartment has its own private entrance and is located on the lower level of our newer three story home. Our designated work space (desk, comfortable chair, WIFI, great lighting and office supplies) will be great for business travelers or anyone with a little work to do. The space Our place is great for business travelers with close proximity to Portland International Airport, Interstate 5, Adidas & Daimler Headquarters, and Downtown Portland. Visiting family members of University of Portland students, couples, and solo adventurers will also enjoy our location! The apartment has a gas fireplace to warm you on chilly nights and a fully stocked kitchen (including a dishwasher) with all the basic necessities. A flatscreen TV with HD Cable, Netflix and WIFI offer the comforts of home. In the bedroom, a comfortable queen bed and a black out shade to give you a great nights sleep. The bedroom closet has a folding suitcase holder and plenty of hanging and storage space. There is an additional Closet/storage/pantry area behind the couch. The washer & dryer are easy to use and convenient for travelers staying longer than a few days. The full bathroom gives you a shower/tub combo and is stocked with everything you need. Our keyless entry offers easy entrance and exit to the apartment. We welcome guests from all backgrounds. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment which includes a full kitchen, dining room with a table and 4 chairs, living room with HD TV/Netflix, ESPN, etc, and gas fireplace, private bedroom, washer & dryer, and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. (Although the couch is not a sleeper, it can offer an alternate sleeping space.) Other things to note For your safety, we are continuing our commitment to a high standard of cleaning and sanitizing our apartment. This includes a 2 day window before and after your stay to allow us time to air and thoroughly clean, as well as wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
