Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a gathering place for the whole extended family, Swan's Nest is the perfect place for your stay in the beautiful Thousand Islands. This home sleeps up to 14 people; one king bed, two queen beds, a bunk bed room that fits six people (great for a gang of kids!) and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft. Our kitchen and dining room has all the cookware and dishware you'll need to entertain. The bar room, heated sun porch, and large decks provide spaces for a good time no matter the season. You'll love that Swan's Nest has an ample lawn perfect for outdoor games as well as access to the water. The dock can accommodate boats and two jetskis, and we are happy to recommend local boat rental companies if you are interested. Guests are welcome in all rooms of the house. We do have some storage closets that will be locked and inaccessible. We live locally, so please reach out if you have questions and we will do our best to accommodate you. St. Lawrence Park Road is a local favorite for its water views on both sides of the road. Vehicle traffic is low, so we love to walk from one end of the road to the other for a total of about two miles. Drive to downtown Alexandria Bay in less than ten minutes, and the Price Chopper grocery store in less than five minutes.
