Terrific for couples, individuals, small families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). -Guests have access to the living area. It's located up a flight of stairs. -There is an unfinished basement below. There are times, between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm that the basement may be accessed via a separate downstairs door to retrieve such items as lawn mower for yard maintenance, etc. Please note: Contact us for permission to bring your canine pet. Upon approval, we will send you a "special offer" which will include a pet fee of $75 per pet. This house has stairs leading up to the living area. Fridays and Saturdays booked together except with special circumstances and owner permission. When a partial weekend is booked, guests still pay for two weekend nights, plus week nights (as example, if a Saturday through Monday stay is booked, guests pay for two weekend nights. If a Saturday through Tuesday stay is booked, guests pay for two weekend nights, plus one weeknight). Due to local short term permit requirements, guests must provide all mandated contact information upon booking. Guests are required to provide personal contact information for guests such as legal name, physical address (verifiable), email, and cell phone (if cell phone is different than the one provided to Airbnb), and license plate number(s) of the cars visiting the property.
