Hatchery Road Loft

A beautiful custom built loft space located 15 minutes from downtown Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt in a rural setting with views to the hills in the east and sunsets to the west. Minutes from the Mad River Brewery, Mad River swim holes, Dell Arte International, Honey Comb Coffee, Blue Lake Casino, and the Logger Bar. If you are looking to book further out than 3 months in advance, send us an inquiry with your dates and we will let you know if the space is available. The space The space has 2 organic latex queen size beds. It is an upstairs 575 square foot private loft space with high ceilings. There are interior stairs to access. The space gets lots of natural light and has black out shades for privacy at night. We have a large yard in a very private setting. There is a small fridge and coffee pot for your use. Coffee will be provided. There is not a kitchen, microwave or food prep area. Please plan accordingly and visit our local eateries. I like to stress there is no food prep area. The small fridge is great for keeping drinks cold, or storing sandwiches for on the go picnics etc. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook. Here are a few highlights: We sanitize all high-touch surfaces: remotes, doorknobs, light switches, etc. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean the loft. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. If you have any concerns about our COVID protocols please do not hesitate to reach out. Please note due to COVID we do limit our interactions with guests but are always available by phone or email. Guest access We have a large yard. Other things to note We do request that you are quiet when entering and exiting the loft. We ask that you treat the space respectfully as a great deal of love and labor was put to its construction.
