You'll have your own private entrance and fenced yard with a patio to relax on. Super easy self check-in and 24 hour access. Whether you are here on business, or for pleasure, The Bungalow is perfect. Air conditioning units in both rooms during the summer. In addition to the comfy private bedroom, you have a living room with a large futon that can sleep 1 person while in the couch position and 2 people when pulled out. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker (fresh coffee beans included), blender, dishes, utensils, pots/pans. Bedroom with memory foam mattress and pillows (heaven!), dresser, full length mirror, iron and ironing board. Full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. We supply shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The Bungalow also has a nice TV with basic cable and an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to log-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. This guesthouse shares the property with our gorgeous 2 BR, 2 BA house, "The Laurels," that we also offer for short term rentals. (Click on our profile photo to see and rent The Laurels!) Each rental has its own separate outdoor entrance and private yard. Guest access Easy 24 hour access through your own outdoor, private entrance to the apartment. We will send the code for the keypad lock and check-in instructions 1 day before your arrival.
