It is close to many attractions and walkable to the Lighthouse, Southernmost Point, the Hemingway Home and many shops, restaurants, and galleries. There is a love seat in the living room that opens to a twin bed. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy the shared 14’ x 10’ pool and calming water feature. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Lounge chairs and towels are provided. A dining table with chairs, lounge chairs, and a sun sail that provides a respite from the sun, complete your deck. PARKING: There is free parking located on the side of the building; however, spots are not designated or guaranteed to be available for all guests.
