Long-Term Stay Cleaning Policy For stays over 60 days, monthly professional cleaning is required. This helps ensure the home remains in excellent condition and provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. Cleanings will be scheduled every 30 days after the following your 30-day mark and coordinated in advance. This will be guests responsibility. Each cleaning is $250 and must be paid by the guest prior to the scheduled service. This fee is separate from the initial cleaning fee and is required for all long-term reservations. GRILL: Available for use with a $100 flat cleaning & usage fee. Propane not provided. Request access before arrival. PRINTER: Feel free to use the in-home printer for documents or work needs. Ink will need to be purchased. CAMERAS: Security cameras are installed outside only (Ring doorbell, entryway, and patio) for your safety.
