Modern kitchen with all the amenities and comforts of home. There’s a large gas grill for cookouts and 4 Adirondack chairs on the balcony to lounge and enjoy a drink. The back yard rolls gently down to the lake. You’ll find a nice fire pit for s’mores and stories with plenty of firewood around. The dock is perfect to appreciate the sunset of try your luck at fishing for trout, bass, catfish, sunfish and more. There are several TV’s throughout the house for evening recreation, board games in the kitchen cabinets, and a large dining table for eight. Plenty of parking space outside plus a large 2-car garage. Close to Tallulah Falls, quaint historic town of Toccoa, Currahee Military Museum, Curahee Mountain Trail, Blood Mountain, Piney Mountain, Indian Seats, Drift Falls, Standing Indian, Historic Helen and more. Park anywhere on the property or in the two-car garage. There’s parking room for over 20 cars if needed including space on the front lawn or street and a big circular driveway. 20 mins to Toccoa Falls and 8 min to Currahee Club. Most stores and restaurants are about 10 minutes away in Toccoa. There’s a very nice supermarket called Ingles nearby (with a Starbucks inside) and a Walmart within 15 minutes of the house. There are some very nice restaurants, coffee and antique shops in Historic downtown Toccoa.
