First level has half bath, large open living room/dining room and kitchen. Deck off dining room with grill, table and chairs. Next level down has laundry room and 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and private bath. Shared decks outside of the bedrooms. Bottom level has 1 bedroom and 1 den that share a full bathroom. King size beds in both. Beautiful wooded lot. Guests will have full access to this three story house located on a private wooded one acre lot. This house is part of the Hawk Resort Community, that includes many other private homes and allows guests the option to access amenities such as the workout room, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis for an additional fee. We live in upstate NY and purchased this house in 2016 to use as a vacation home for our family. Although we live about two hours away we are always available to answer any questions you may have before or during your visit to ensure your stay is enjoyable as possible. There are also Hawk staff available 24/7 at the main lodge in case of emergencies. Nearby Ludlow have good options for restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are excellent options for outdoors activities year-round, including Plymouth State park only minutes away.
