Just a short drive from Bear Valley, it’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe in the pine air, and reconnect with nature. Inside, you’ll find the best of both worlds—rustic charm and modern comfort. There’s a cozy wood stove for chilly evenings, a fully stocked kitchen that’s perfect for big breakfasts or family dinners, and three inviting bedrooms that sleep up to eight. Step out onto the deck to sip your morning coffee under the trees, grill dinner in the fresh mountain air, or simply stargaze in the stillness of the forest. Whether you spend your days hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or relaxing with a book by the fire, this is the kind of place that makes you feel grounded and at home. We love sharing this cabin with guests who appreciate the quiet beauty of the Sierras as much as we do. Welcome to your home away from home. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note While our satellite wifi may not be Netflix-ready, our Xbox One and Bose soundbar offer a curated selection of 80+ DVDs, including winter-themed classics and family favorites. On chilly days, our large wood stove can heat the entire upper floor, creating the ideal atmosphere for card games like Uno, Jenga, Monopoly, and What the Meme. Internet, gas and water are included at no cost. Electricity will be billed back to guests for stays longer than 30 days. Please note that in winter, due to high snowfall in the area, the balcony railings are removed to prevent additional added weight and collapsing risk, and is closed to guests.
