The space Closet space and drawers are available in both bedrooms, along with extra linen and pillows. Guest access No access to the garage other than pre-approval for special circumstances. If there is an oil leak with your vehicle, please park on the street to avoid a $100 cleaning fee. This has been and will be strictly enforced. Please note that only the patio George Foreman grill is available, not the gas grill. Be advised there are several rooms locked that are used for host storage. Other things to note Please be advised, if trash is not put out in time and is missed by the trash service, you will be charged a minimum extra cleaning fee of $50 for host to dispose, depending on the amount of trash left behind. If you check in after 11pm, please refrain from contacting host until the following morning, unless it's an emergency because messages may be missed after 11pm. We encourage you to read the listing details entirely, to avoid any confusion before, during, or after your stay. Please be advised there will be a $10 charge for every missing towel. Please remember this is a 4 guest stay max property and private residence. Anything over that will be captured on camera and additional charges will apply or result in removal from the property. Children under age 12 are not allowed to stay at this property unless host pre-approves. This is because the house is NOT childproofed. Please note: There is no cable and TV's in the bedrooms can be spotty depending on weather (out of our control) but there is internet streaming in the office and living room, with Netflix, Prime, etc. you have to log into your personal accounts or use Airbnb guest for those. Early check-in if available, can be offered at no charge for a 3:00 check-in. This must be requested at least 24 hours before your arrival or as early as possible the day of your arrival. This is due to cleaning schedules.
