Inside, the glow of gas fireplaces and the warmth of wood-toned interiors invite you to slow down, whether you are easing into a fireside evening or watching winter clouds roll across the mountain ridgelines. After a day exploring nearby towns and trails, the forest feels close and calm, wrapping the cabin in stillness. Sleeping arrangements The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across two bedrooms and a loft. Two king master suites - one on the main level and one below - each feature a gas log fireplace, jetted tub, and a private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The enclosed loft offers a queen bed, a full bath, and space to relax or play games. Additional guests can use the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Living spaces The living room centers around a gas fireplace, creating a cozy place to gather on cool mountain nights. Upstairs, the loft-style game area includes a pool table, arcade games, shuffleboard, sound system, and a 42-inch HDTV with Roku and a DVD player. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to balance rest and remote work. Central heating and air conditioning keep the cabin comfortable year-round. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with space to prepare meals and share them together at the dining table. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a day of sightseeing, everything you need is close at hand. Outdoor living Step onto the wraparound deck to take in mountain views framed by winter trees. The private hot tub offers a soothing way to unwind in the crisp air, while the fire pit provides a simple spot to gather under the stars. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill extend the living space into the wooded surroundings. Family-friendly features Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a selection of books, toys, and board games. Safety and access The cabin includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Self check-in with a keypad allows for easy arrival. Neighborhood Located in Sevierville, the cabin sits within easy driving distance of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making it a convenient base for both outdoor adventures and local attractions. Perfect for A peaceful mountain getaway for families, friends, and pets. The cabin is pet-friendly, allows long-term stays of 28 days or more, and offers space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Smokies at your own pace. Additional Information There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking area to the deck. There is a French Door from the back deck that can be opened to allow a wide access. If only one door is open, the opening is 33". The front door is 32" wide and the bedroom doorway is 30" wide. This cabin is not ADA compliant. There is still a little bump at the threshold. You will have access to the entire home except the space under the stairs which we use to store supplies like light bulbs, etc. There also will be a couple extra light bulbs under the kitchen sink. Extra batteries can be found in the drawer in the kitchen. The parking area has ample space for 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles. Seasonal outdoor pool is located about 14 minutes away down Wears Valley Road. "Smoky Mountain Splendor" can accommodate up to 8 people. However, we limit the number of adults to 6. We do make exceptions. There is a $20.00 plus tax fee per night for any adult in your group over 6 adults. A note about the preauthorization for the soft hold on your credit card for the security deposit. You will be required to put a credit card on file with our property management software. AirBnB does not give us your credit card information, so we will need this information. If you use a credit card, there will be a soft hold on your credit card. If you use a debit card, the amount will actually come out of your bank account and then be put back in when no damages or extra cleaning is needed. Your booking will not be confirmed until you put a credit card on file with our property management software for the soft hold security deposit. Please do this ASAP. The soft hold will go into effect the day prior to your stay and be released about 5 days after your departure if we find no additional cleaning or damages. Please note that emotional support animals are not covered by the ADA. The pet fee is a per pet per stay. AirBnB only charges for one pet when you check the pet fee box. Please let us know how many pets you have so we can charge you accordingly. One pet will be averaged into the nightly rate on AirBnB once you check the box. Guest access Smoky Mountain Splendor is accessed through a keyless entry system. Other things to note This beautiful property features: 1.
