When you drive up the driveway at Smoky Mountain Splendor, you will be greeted with a beautiful cabin with incredible mountain views and a spacious wrap around deck. Catch the nightly star and firefly show from the comfort of the private deck on the upper level or the quaint lower level patio. "Smoky Mountain Splendor" is perched on a .62 acre wooded lot which affords privacy for your Smoky Mountain Vacation. Smoky Mountain Splendor has two spacious king master suites, (one on the main level and one on the lower level), each having a gas log fireplace, whirlpool tub and luxurious private bathroom featuring custom cabinetry with double vanities, tile flooring, and walk-in showers with seats. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find a large loft that is enclosed on three sides. The loft is serving as the third bedroom. You will find the media/game room with surround sound, shuffleboard table, high-definition TV, electric fireplace, queen bed and another full bath. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking area to the deck. There is a French Door from the back deck that can be opened to allow a wide access. If only one door is open, the opening is 33". The front door is 32" wide and the bedroom on the main level is 30" wide. This cabin is not ADA compliant. There is still a little bump at the threshold. You will have access to the entire home except the space under the stairs which we use to store supplies like light bulbs, etc. There also will be a couple extra light bulbs under the kitchen sink. Extra batteries can be found in the drawer in the kitchen. The parking area has ample space for 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles. Seasonal outdoor pool is located about 14 minutes away down Wears Valley Road. "Smoky Mountain Splendor" can accommodate up to 8 people. However, we limit the number of adults to 6. We do make exceptions. There is a $20.00 plus tax fee per night for any adult in your group over 6 adults. A note about the preauthorization for the soft hold on your credit card for the security deposit. You will be required to put a credit card on file with our property management software. AirBnB does not give us your credit card information, so we will need this information. If you use a credit card, there will be a soft hold on your credit card. If you use a debit card, the amount will actually come out of your bank account and then be put back in when no damages or extra cleaning is needed. Your booking will not be confirmed until you put a credit card on file with our property management software for the soft hold security deposit. Please do this ASAP. The soft hold will go into effect the day prior to your stay and be released about 5 days after your departure if we find no additional cleaning or damages. Please note that emotional support animals are not covered by the ADA. The pet fee is a per pet per stay fee. AirBnB only charges for one pet. Please let us know how many pets you have so we can charge you accordingly. Smoky Mountain Splendor is accessed through a keyless entry system. You will be receiving a lot of emails from us about the cabin and the area. Please make sure we have the best email for you.
