The layout is perfect for couples & families alike w/ a warm & comfortable living area, full cozy kitchen, loft king bedroom w/ desk, queen bedroom, & lower floor game room w/ pool table & twin beds. Located between Arrowhead & Big Bear, 7 miles to skiing, less than a mile to restaurants & grocery, & walkable to coffee & a market. And sledding right out back! Bring your sleds or buy locally down the road TWO DECKS: relax while taking in the gorgeous view and unbelievable sunsets MAIN ROOM: bright & roomy with soaring ceilings— unwind by the gas fireplace in stylish and comfortable furnishings, with a great view out the huge windows KITCHEN: open to the dining table & main room— cozy full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, & plenty of cookware THE LOFT BEDROOM #1: up the stairs— nap in the king bed (softer mattress), work from the desk area, or read a book in the sitting area QUEEN BEDROOM #2: located on the main level next to the bathroom (firmer mattress) GAME ROOM/BEDROOM #3: down the stairs— a great space with pool table, dart board, two twin beds, bathroom, & its own deck. TWO BATHROOMS–main level with tub/shower, lower level with shower ENTRANCE: just a few stairs down to the front door with keypad for easy access FREE WIFI: great speed. *be aware that cellular service on the mountain can be spotty depending on your provider TWO ROKU TVs: 50" in the game room & 42" in the loft. Live TV available with our YoutubeTV account or stream any of your personal platforms DRYER: available for guest use. Note washer is broken/leaks and can not be used PARKING: driveway parking for two cars. ***However when snow or ice is present or forecasted there will only be one upper parking space available as the steeper lower section of the driveway will be chained off and not usable. No street parking HEATING & COOLING: Central heating and a fireplace are available to heat the cabin. Like most mountain homes there is no air conditioning- there is a ceiling fan in the main room and individual fans in each bedroom. We have also tinted the main room windows to control heat gain however on hot days it may get warm and you will need to utilize fans and open doors and window for cross breeze. WILDLIFE and CRITTERS: The mountains can have an abundance of wildlife- please be cautious and do do not disturb any you may encounter. This is our family vacation home and we want to continue to offer others the chance to experience this wonderful mountain. Our Ring doorbell camera is there to ensure compliance as well as your safety. Please monitor and take winter weather conditions and tire chain regulations very seriously.
