The tenant upstairs has zero access to the pool or yard. In regards to the review, stating there was an unlocked door, the home was being remolded and there was a secret butler‘s staircase that lead into the kitchen from upstairs. The staircase has been completely sealed off from the second floor, meaning it is a ghost staircase that leads to nothing. Remember, this house is almost 200 years old!
