Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages & Vacation homes is a unique cottage colony property with 32 rental options located in Cape Vincent, NY, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River! Our rentals offer everything you need to feel home away from home! Each rental is different - ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms - and from quaint & comfy to high end & upscale. They are thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you have a big family or group, we’re your best rental option in the Thousand Islands area! The space Your rental cottage is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak & canoe rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) Guest access This wheel chair accessible (not fully ADA) cottage #24 is located directly on the water’s edge and offers incredible views from inside and from the large wrap around deck. It features an open floor plan that includes a full kitchen and windowed living area. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, silverware, refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, pots and pans, coffee pot, and toaster. A unique feature of this cottage is the cabinets beneath both the stove and sink that open with space to roll a wheel chair underneath. The dining and living area both offer beautiful views of the river and contain a large dining table and ample seating area in the living room with a pull out sofa. Two of the three bedrooms come with a full sized bed, with one containing a queen sized bed, and built in cabinets in all for storing your belongings during your stay. The bathroom has both a handicap accessible roll-in shower and a full sized tub shower. This cottage offers wireless internet access, television with cable service, air conditioning and heat. It is best suited for up to 6 people, with a maximum of 8. Other things to note This cottage is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products & supplies. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
