There a security deposit of $250 due at time of check-in for incidentals this deposit will be refunded by the resort at the time of check-out. This is a non-smoking resort; smoking is not permitted in the units or balconies. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground level of the parking garage. From January 1 to March 31, 2026, an exterior paint project will affect both the residential building and parking garage; the pool and spa will be closed during this time—dates are subject to change. This resort will no longer have access to the fire pit gathering area, gazebo, and grilling areas, as these spaces are owned and operated by an outside company that plans to repurpose them. Myrtle Beach hosts multiple motorcycle festivals throughout the month of May. These festivals result in a heavy presence of motorcycles throughout the city and its surrounding area. Visitors to the area could encounter heavy traffic and loud noise. If you plan to bring your motorcycle to this resort, please be advised that there is no on-site parking for trailers or recreational vehicles.
