SpaceCoast Hideaway 3 Bed 2 Baths

This is for the entire house, which has 2 regular bedrooms (1 full bed & 2 single beds) and a master bedroom. The master has a king bed, room with 2 single beds. The room is carpet, so please no pets in this room. We're in Michigan to help elderly parents, and would like to share our home with you rather than it just sitting empty. Rent individual rooms, or entire house. Notice: Garage is not included. Storage only. Backyard may be shared at times. The space Quiet community with new appliances, floors, beds, sliding doors, and washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with Roku TVs with Disney+, MLB, PureFlix, Tubi (free movies), several other free Roku Channels, and 70+ local channels via an antenna outside. If you decide to use your own account, please let us know so we can get the services logged back in for the next guests. Other free Roku channels are also available. Home has Alarm System with monitored CO2 and Smoke detectors. You can arm for added security if you want. Code issued upon booking. Each room has it's own key lock. We take the health of our guests seriously. This is why we have upgraded our place to a machine that is scientifically proven technology (By NASA) to kill Covid and other microbes in the air and on the surfaces. --> In an effort to give the best experience possible, we have addressed issues with cleaning and maintenance by replacing our cleaner and maintenance persons. To ensure everything is being done properly, we rely on our guests to report any issues immediately upon arrival so we can address it. The shed in the back is considered a separate space used primarily by Kerrie, our cleaner. "Entire House" only applies to the inside of the home and not the outside property, though your space will be respected. The property outside the house is there for you to use and other guests. Should you ever have an issues in any of these areas, we want to know about it promptly so we can have the opportunity to make your stay an enjoyable one. Venting in a review later does not fix a problem, but is intended to hurt the host which is unfair and unacceptable. Guest access "Entire House" means inside the house only and does not include the rest of the property area which may be shared at times. In addition to your sleeping area, you may use all common areas, such as living room, dining room, and kitchen. No garage access. Do to new AirBnB rules, we are unable to offer laundry. You may also use the front porch and back yards. WiFi access is throughout. Surveillance camera of driveway, and backyard. Doorbell camera recently installed. The guest house in the back yard is considered a separate unit for maintanance persons myself or otherwise. The garage is also for maintenance persons only. Other things to note Please note: Due to continued issues with our previous cleaner and maintenance persons, we are replacing them to bring back a higher standard. In the meantime, I have had to be at the property addressing concerns. Maintenance and cleaning persons will need to access the backyard shed periodically. That could be me as well. Please, no smoking or vaping inside. A fee of $200 will be charged for violating our no smoking policy. When leaving Feedback, AirBnB considers anything less than 5 stars negative. We require all guests to voice there concerns during the stay and not after. If you failed to communicate with us first through the app, then this is grounds for having your review deleted. If you have a suggestion, please private message it to us rather than leaving it in the review. If there is a reason you can't leave 5 stars, let us know so we might have the opportunity to make your stay better. We are currently making changes to the property, and will update photos when complete. Self check in by entering your assigned code in keypad on front door lock. The security system will be armed if no one is there, but your door lock code will disarm it. Please lock doors when going out.
