It is fully equipped with drip and Keurig coffee makers, a pellet ice maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining table for 8+, and the living area features a plush sectional centered around a large gas fireplace with Smart TV. A dramatic triple-pane glass wall opens the kitchen, dining, and living spaces to a large deck that doubles your entertaining area. The deck includes a dining table for 8+, a gas grill, comfortable seating, a cozy firetable for evenings under the stars, and stunning views of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional conveniences include a beverage bar on the lower level, a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, iron and board, high-speed internet throughout, and bikes available for guest use (2 adult and 2 children’s). Parking is easy with three head-in spaces in front and one alley-access spot in the back. The bus stop is also within walking distance, making it simple to arrive, park, and leave your car for the week. For your safety, there are security cameras at the front and back doors.
