Lake Oconee Home with Hot Tub, Playground & Boat!

Come and experience the ultimate lake life! Our family's lake house on a private acre offers direct access to the lake and tons of fun activities for everyone with a hot tub, new outdoor playground, kayaks, SUP paddleboard, life jackets, a charcoal grill, a bonfire pit, and a game room with a ping-pong and foosball table. We also rent the 2022 South Bay tritoon boat at the dock on-site upon request. The space The lake house sits on one acre of land with beautiful trees on either side offering plenty of privacy. Giant backyard, perfect for families. New hot tub, new outdoor playground, with lake view on the back patio. House is 3,000 square feet. There is a desk, wifi, laser-wireless printer, and Keurig coffee maker for those of you wanting to work remotely! Fits 10 people max and 3-4 cars max. Our driveway and surrounding areas do not accommodate more than 3-4 cars. We have a 2022 South Bay tritoon boat on-site at dock. It's available to rent upon request. There is no room for additional boats on-site. We cannot move the boat for you prior to your stay. This home is rented out on the condition the boat will remain at the dock. Please contact us if you’d like to rent it. We offer discounts for multi-day rentals! There is a $150 pet fee per pet at this listing (goes toward cleaning cost for our team, which charges us this same amount). We hope you understand. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE MUSIC/NOISE allowed. We have neighbors and we want to respect their space and righty to quiet enjoyment of their property. Our neighbors occasionally fish on our dock and they are allowed to do this. Please respect their interest in walking to/sitting on the dock should they choose to do so. TV works through Roku (there is no cable package). However, you can access your own cable package via roku as well as other smart tv options (Hulu, YouTube TV, etc.). We love dogs! We do charge a $150 fee per pet, otherwise, we cannot accept the reservation. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats as many people are allergic to cats. Airbnb guests are expected to leave the space reasonably clean and tidy upon checkout. At the end of your stay, please ensure the used dishes have been washed, the furniture has not been moved, and the garbage has been taken out and is not strewn around the property (this is a pack-out community, so you'll need to take your trash to a nearby recycling center at check out). An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be billed to you should our cleaners need to haul off your trash bags or spend additional time on unexpected cleaning. Thank you for understanding!
