Enjoy your stay in one of Oakland's beautiful neighborhoods. Stunning views of the Golden Gate & Bay Bridges. House is situated on a quiet residential street within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Quick bus ride to Fruitvale BART. You can hike in the redwoods, go for a swim, or explore Chabot Space & Science Center in Joaquin Miller Park in 5 minutes. Easily accessible to Downtown Oakland & San Francisco in minutes. Plenty of parking in the driveway and the street. House has no A/C. The space Private Primary Bedroom with large closet. Shared Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and outdoor space. Backyard has an edible garden that attracts hummingbirds, butterflies and dragonflies. House has 2 indoor/outdoor cats that share common spaces so please do not book if allergic. During your stay Owner will be onsite or available during stay. Other things to note No parties or events. Must have exact number of people on the lease. No smoking anywhere in the house. In the event that one is thrown, attempted to be thrown or you have exceeded the maximum occupancy of people on the lease, I reserve the right to terminate your rental and to ask that you vacate the premises. Please be mindful of noise and the neighbors. It's a fantastic neighborhood to walk around to local parks. If you are staying for a week or month, trash pick up is every Thursday morning. Receptacles are placed out in the driveway or on the street in front of the house on Wednesday night. The brown receptacle is for trash, gray receptacle is for recycling, green receptacle is for compost. Paper, glass, aluminum recycling all go in the same gray receptacle. Before leaving, take out trash/recycling and make sure all dishes are loaded into dishwasher. Do not leave any of your leftover food items behind. Either take with you or dispose of in the trash receptacles. Double check for any personal items. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items left behind and can not ensure they will be found or returned to you. Put furniture back in its original place. If there are stains or any damage to the furniture you are liable for the cost of cleaning, cover replacement or repairs.
