Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway. This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.
