We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guest access During your stay, the home is all yours. Our check-in process is easy and keyless. Make yourself at home! The only space not available for guest usage is the garage. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Is the pool heated? -Yes, we are able to heat the pool for a fee anytime of the year charged per night stay due to the high cost of natural gas. 2 consecutive nights minimum. Price varies per month of the year and payment will be taken separately from your total at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. We recommend the use of the heater October through May. Unfortunately the homeowner has an allergy and we can not accommodate pets of any kind. Violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine. This is a smoke-free property.
