The Hilltop Hideaway is located on the Scenic Route of Highway 16, on a 2 acre lot. You will enjoy the natural beauty of Arkansas when you stay at this newly updated 2 bedroom, one bath house. The Little Red River is a 60 second drive from the Hilltop Hideaway. You can fish off the banks or bring your kayaks, canoe or fishing boat and launch it at the bridge. Enjoy the Greers Ferry Lake just minutes away. You can launch your boat, pontoon or seadoo at Fairfield Bay Marina or Devils Fork Marina. The spacious tree shaded lawn is almost two acres. Plenty of room to park your boats or UTV’s. The home is on a private drive. Kids could even pitch their tents outside. You will have a charcoal grill (bring your charcoal), it is located under the deck. There is a picnic table in the back yard. Outdoor chairs under the back deck and more in the storage shed. Fire pit in lawn, bring some wood for night time fires. The couch is a large couch that can sleep one adult, it is not a sofa sleeper. High Speed Internet. 100 mbs up and down. Perfect for remote workers! There is a corn hole game in the shed. There is a fish cleaning table in the shed and water faucet/hose at the end of the house. Will send a code to open the shed. Your children are welcome!! But the home is not child-proofed. Please keep watch of your children inside and out. The lawn is not fenced. Your pets are welcome!! There is a $40 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Just leave the fee on the table prior to checking out. (The lawn is not fenced). The Little Red River is 0.3 miles from the house. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. In the town of Shirley Little Red River Outfitters can offer a kayaking experience on the River. Greers Ferry Lake is just about 6 miles away. It will recognize certain things in the environment and will send us an alert to our phone. It will alert us if the smoke detector alarms, it shows us the temperature and humidity in the home, it monitors for mold, occupancy, motion, and noise monitoring by decibel, without recording or listening. It does not collect, store, or share personal data. Minut is a home sensor built for privacy and safety for the guest. It looks like a smoke detector mounted on the ceiling in the corner of the living room.
