The upper level(living areas) renovated with fresh paint, 55" large screen TV and modern sectional sofa in seating area. The adjoining kitchen has been refreshed with: white cabinets, granite counter tops, new back-splash, luxury vinyl tile flooring and all new lighting. There is also a screened in porch with table for dining off the kitchen. This floor also has the newly renovated half bath for your convenience. The sleeping quarters are all on the second floor and includes: 2 King bedrooms, a Queen bed/bunk bed room(shark décor and known as the Shark Room) all with a mid-level deck entrance, and a two-twin bed with trundle bed (flamingo décor and known as the Flamingo Room). All bedrooms have new carpet 2022, TV's and closets. Pack-n-play and highchair is also available. The sleeping quarters floor has two full baths totally remodeled spring of 2023. The master bath has a 48 x 72 walk in shower, new double vanities and a separate toilet room. The second bath has a soaking tub & shower combo. There is a full sized washer and dryer on this floor also. This floor has the mid-level wrap around deck for everyone to enjoy. We are in a multi-year renovation on this home but since our purchase in 2020 it has come a long way to be great vacation choice for our family and yours. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Attractions nearby: Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Historic Corolla Chapel and Village, Corolla Wild Horses, s Island Ferry, and H2OBX Waterpark at Powell's Point Guest will have access to all areas of the home except for two outside owner's closets and one interior owner's closet. Southern "C" Salt - Is a gem of a beach house less than 60 seconds from the beach in Ocean Sands subdivision section H. The community has private beach access for owner's and their guest with pickle ball and tennis courts for use. I love to run south on the beach to setion E and then return N along the sidewalk / bike path along route 12. The neighborhood is a family oriented, in a quiet, and laidback atmosphere where you can hear the waves from the hottub or any of the decks! Bring your bikes! Currituck Co has a wonderful walking, biking and running path extending for miles along the historic, famous and senic NC Route 12. Two shopping centers with resturants, grocery and shops are easily accessible along this path.
