"mini": romantic tiny home/modern cabin + fire pit

"mini" is one of two private tiny houses on a 1.34 acre lot in a modest, quiet neighborhood 2 miles from marion's cute main st. tons of gorgeous scenery, hikes, bike trails, lakes, rivers, state parks, wineries, good eats, and other activities within easy reach to keep you hopping or just hang out & relax! mini is the perfect base camp to explore the many riches of the area and the bonus is that asheville is just a beautiful 40 min drive! mini knows love is love & welcomes all! The space mini is situated on a 1.34 acre plot in a modest, quiet, residential neighborhood 2 miles from marion's historic main street. the large lot and the distance between mac and mini give both their privacy. marion is a growing, friendly, small town with some good eats that is a favored vantage point for numerous outdoor activities in the area. mini has a 2021 queen tuft and needle original mattress. the internet is strong! the fire pit is cozy and great for firefly watching in the summer. the Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling are a fantastic feature and can be controlled with your smart phone. *bath lovers, please note mini does not have a full sized tub! it's mini sized! mini's shower (as with most tiny houses) takes slight finessing. there are instructions in mini. the water heater is "on demand" and can take up to a minute to get hot. samsung 160 free channels, smart tv so u can access yr streaming subscripts a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, corded water kettle, and mini coffee maker are on hand. ground coffee, assorted teas and creamers are provided. i love mini and my guests do, too! if you are interested in booking, be sure to read the "other details to note" section! Thank you so much, this will make everything move faster. :) hot water in mini is plentiful and attainable, but the directions must be followed to a t! it is actually not difficult if you follow the instructions. bath lovers - expect about 12-15 minutes to draw a bath and please note that mini has a mini sized tub. this is just part and parcel of tiny house living! the work area is simply a tv tray you could put your laptop on! wifi is excellent. the outdoor eating area is a nice picnic table and the clothes storage is a wardrobe rack with hangers and two shelves as shown in the photos. kitchen is checked as a yes, because there is a microwave in which a frozen meal could be cooked. mini has a mini fridge, as well. please note: I do not accept pets but my neighbors right next door have two cute tinies and accept dogs! they have awesome sunset views and are a wonderful, kind couple. the cabins are called Bitty and Itty Bitty and it is dog heaven over there!
