An upstairs loft have new comfortable Day bed , while a sofa bed in the living area can fit one more. Downstairs is a modern kitchen wide open to a large living/ dining area with 9 foot ceilings looking out to a relaxing enclosed backyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. We are doing everything possible to make everyone's stay pleasant and comfortable. Aside from the newly-constructed house, guests will find everything else new from the furniture, TVs, down to the forks and knives. I want you to feel like you are walking into a model home every time you walk in the front door. Please enjoy my personal touches with the décor, a mix of contemporary and classic Vegas. While there are MANY great selections for dining or take out nearby, you will find the kitchen to have everything you need to prepare any meal at any time. Our pantry is loaded with every pan and tool you will need. The brand-new refrigerator can fit food for up to 9 at least a week. The dining table seats 6 and the island bar seats another 3. If the meal wants to be outside, enjoy using the new BBQ grill and 6-chair table on the enclosed patio. Other things to note The townhouse is in a new secured community. Please be respectful at all times to its residents. Please always have a gate code handy for entering the community. Water service, coffee, tea, and condiments will always be available in the house. Guests are otherwise responsible for their own food and drink. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ. They are however responsible for the propane tank if empty. Insects are a common occurrence throughout the Las Vegas area, especially during the warmer months. Please keep all doors shut when not in use to enter and exit the house. The patio has a screen door that must stayed closed if anyone wants to sit outside.
