Southwestern dream vacation-amazing views!

Welcome! You will be stunned every morning when you wake up to the incredible mountain views, then stay up late to star-gaze. Within about one hour of so many amazing day trips and just a few hours more to tons of National Parks and vibrant cities. The space Our home is nestled in the foothills of the Organ Mountains and so close to so many amazing natural spaces, national parks, and hiking/mountain biking opportunities. The home is decorated in typical southwestern style and you will truly feel like you are relaxing amidst nature. The home sleeps up to 8 including the sleeper sofa in the living room. The hand-crafted dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating of 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself, and the house itself is located in a rural neighborhood with very few neighbors. Other things to note NOTE: The guest will be asked to sign a standard short term rental agreement after booking which will be sent to you by email. (This is why I will ask for your email in a message after your booking.). The entire text of the rental agreement is included in the "Additional Rules" section so you can read it before making the booking. The booking will be cancelled if the agreement is not signed. Please feel free to ask any questions! Note we do have a gas grill available for use outdoors, but if you choose to use it there will be an additional fee of $15 to cover cleaning and gas use. There are specific instructions for how to use it included in the check-in packet. Please feel free to ask any questions! Note the house does have cable and internet, but we are out in the mountains and they are satellite only--so it can be spotty! If you are looking for the best place to spend a week in online meetings this may not be it. If you're coming to enjoy the great outdoors while still catching up on some emails and maybe enjoy some streaming at night, come on over!
