Description

This beautiful home is located in the historic Elston Grove district in downtown Michigan City. It is a very special property as it still has almost all original wood and design from the day it was built in 1840. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two baths. There is plenty of room to socialize or host friends and or events. The detail in this beautiful home is stunningly breathtaking. You will be in walking distance to Franklin street which has tons of antique shops, boutiques and restaurants. The space You can use the entire house although we haven’t done the work in the attic nor the basement yet so that space isn’t in the description. Guest access Guest will have access to entire home, driveway and yard. Other things to note Our house was built in 1840. We ask that you special care in preserving all of its beauty. Stained glass windows are especially fragile so please be extra careful around them.
