Fenced lawns, covered porch,courtyard with Mt Shasta views provide areas to play, relax or read. Walk to shopping, restaurants & events. Power is not PG & E. This location is amazing! Less than 2 blocks to great shopping, dining, bike/skis/boards rentals for all season mountain fun. Covered front porch looks across shaded lawns to Boulevard below which is great for watching all the many annual events including the 4th of July Run/Walk, parades or car shows etc! The gated cobblestone rear courtyard has a beautiful unobstructed Mt Shasta view, a two tiered fountain and plenty of space for tables and chairs (provided) with a side private meditation area as well. The entire home is yours to enjoy. WiFi is throughout the home and all but one bedroom have a desk area for any work that must be done in order to play. There are two televisions-one in the living room and one in the studio. The 3 baths are located in the master bedroom, the studio and the upstairs. One of the joys of owning the Holly House is connecting with the guests. We wish to make sure your questions are answered about the home as well as all Mt Shasta has to offer. It is a very nice stroll through the downtown shops, restaurants and Parker Plaza. You will find banks, clothing, gifts, recreation and outdoor sports stores, health food stores, bakeries, the post office, travel shops, furniture stores and so much more within 3 blocks in either direction of Holly House! We have a one car garage that will fit most smaller cars (not trucks). The courtyard gates can be open to bring in the car to unpack and there is parking across the alley. You can park in the street in front to come and go during the day. Please take shoes off while in the home.
