The Sunset Chalet - Come get away at this comfy Poconos home! Make memories in our 4bdrm2bath home. BigBassLake is a private/gated area w/ amenities to utilize while here (fee required), including pool, splashpad, playgrounds, 3lakes w/ beaches & lodge with takeout. Amenities are managed by HOA, please understand we do not have control over hours/availability. SO MUCH to do, waterfalls, hiking, wineries, skiing, shopping, Gouldsboro Park & MORE. Two decks, 1200sqft of outdoor fun!! The space Our two decks offer outdoor seating for everyone, a hammock and two umbrellas. Our indoors has a KING sleep # bed, 5 TVs Netflix/Disney+, AIR CONDITIONING, ceiling fans throughout, electric full size appliances, fully stocked kitchen, bar glassware, indoor & outdoor games, firepit (firewood provided), propane gas grill, dedicated WiFi, laundry, books, coffee/tea pots. We also offer 2 large sit on top kayaks and a 3 person canoe with life vests (adult size only), docked at the Marina. We do have a NO PET policy as one of our family members are highly allergic to animals, please understand because we love furry friends. Please also understand, we must charge a FINE if you bring your pet, for deep cleaning. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, with the exception of a storage closet that is reserved for owners belongings. The crawl space basement is also not accessible. Other things to note Please return everything to where they are stored to avoid additional fees. (Both indoors and outdoors). Weather can effect electric service, please understand we have no control. The house is fully electric.
