Your vacation destination!!!! Arrive and park your vehicle with self check in. Relax and enjoy the beach a short walk from the condo. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with wifi and cable is the perfect getaway to relax with family or friends. The condo has a washer and dryer and designated parking spots. Let me be your host on the coast and enjoy the beach life. The only thing missing is great company!!!!!!!! The space The Beachcomber complex offers guest easy access to the beach with great views of the water and relaxation on the private balcony. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the beach. Less than half a mile from The Hangout Less than a mile west of the fishing pier A few miles down from Orange beach A 15 minute ride to the Flora-Bama Lounge. The Beachcomber is located 4 blocks east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. I strive for 5 star reviews, so if there is anything I can do to earn your 5 star review, please let me know. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and complex grounds. Access the condo on the 2nd floor via an electronic deadbolt. Type in the code, press the lock key and the door will unlock. To lock, simply pull the door shut, type the code in and lock the deadbolt. If there is any issues, can always text or press the ring doorbell and i can assist you via the speaker. Other things to note Address : 105 E 4th Street, Gulf Shores, AL, 35642, Unit 6 Starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Designated parking spot identified via unit number 6. There are two parking spaces. Can access the unit from the middle stair case. Upon climbing the stairs and eaching the first level of condos (2nd floor), you will turn right and proceed to unit 6. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT The unit has been cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. If the unit is not cleaned to your satisfaction, please contact me 504-655-3894 immediately upon arrival. No refunds will be given for an unclean unit. A cleaner will be sent to clean the unit to satisfaction. Report any damages, faulty equipment, or any broken items immediately upon arrival. Check in and check out information and Duties: 1. Check In time is 4:00 pm CST. 2. Check Out time is 10:00 CST 3. Any and all trash must be removed from the unit and placed in one of the trash cans located near the middle stair case section of the building. 4. Dishes, pots, and pans need to be placed in the dishwasher and started. 5. Linens must be left in the same supply as found a charges may occur if linens are removed. - you DO NOT need to wash any towels, linens, or bed sheets as the cleaners will swap everything out to be clean and fresh. 6. Charges may be assessed to any tenant for cleaning duties above and beyond the standard services, such as food left in the refrigerator, spills, stained linens, etc. General Rules and Guidelines: 1. Do not sit on indoor furniture, bedding, etc. with wet clothes or while wearing sun tan lotion. 2. Please do not rearrange or remove any furnishings, décor, kitchen items, etc. from the unit. 3. Do not hang or throw anything over the walk way railings. 4. We reserve the right to enter the unit for maintenance or a walk through if deemed necessary. 5. No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the exterior sections of the unit with the exterior doors closed. 6. Please ensure that the refrigerator and freezer settings are set to medium temperature to ensure proper operation. I understand that accidents do happen and if any items, furniture, etc., is damaged during your stay, please report it immediately to me at 504-655-3894 or via email.
