Enjoy your stay in the mountains at our 2 bedroom / 2 Bath top floor condo in the mountains. Located in the heart of Summit county you will have access to the best of the Rockies. You will be located a short distance from world class resorts including Keystone, Copper, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. Lake Dillon and Gold medal Fly Fishing waters are all nearby. Incredible biking and hiking adventures are right out the door. The space Our condo is our mountain getaway and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. A few things we love about our condo: • A location in the heart of summit County. • Easy access to great ski resorts * 10 minutes to Keystone * 15 minutes to Copper Mountain * 15 minutes to Loveland Ski Area * 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin * 25 minutes to Breckenridge * 30 minutes to Vail * 45 minutes to Beaver Creek • Easy access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door • Great fishing and boating access with Lake Dillon just up the road and gold medal rivers such as the Blue, Colorado, Arkansas and Eagle all in Driving distance. • Mountain Views • A fireplace for those chilly nights. • New furniture and renovated rooms • A well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat dinner in. • Very short walk to the Clubhouse where an indoor pool and hot tub as well as additional outdoor hot tub are located. Pool tables and laundry facilities are also available in the clubhouse. • Fast High Speed Internet and a Smart TV set up with Netflix, YouTube and other streaming applications. • New for 2021 - Larger 65 inch Smart TV (not shown in pictures) • An XBox 360, card games and board games to keep the family entertained. • Free bus system with stop just in front of the building. • Free Parking with assigned parking for one car and a permit for another car. • Great layout for families or small groups with separated bathrooms and sinks to maximize space. Note that our condo comfortably sleeps 6 with two queen beds, a pullout sofa bed and an inflatable mattress. Also note that it is an older, but well-maintained building and is located near the highway. We do have a white noise machine for light sleepers although generally noise is not an issue for most guests. This is also a high alpine environment at nearly 9,000 feet in altitude so be careful of snow and ice, drink lots of water and moderate your physical activity until you are acclimated to the altitude. There is also no air conditioning in the house as this is rarely needed in the mountains at that altitude. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom which are typically enough to keep the condo cool in the summer. We hope that you enjoy your time in the mountains as much as we do and feel free to ask any questions or for recommendations on what to do. Guest access The entire condo is yours to use with the exception of one owners closet. Free parking for two cars and free wifi are provided as well. The Club house is located a short walk away and provides a locker room, showers, pool, hot tubs, pool table and other amenities. Access is through a key card and please bring pool towels from the condo as none are provided there. Other things to note Summit County STR Permit Number: BCA-72629 There is a dedicated electrical outlet for our condominium located in front of the assigned parking space. This outlet can be activated or deactivated using a switch located inside the condominium near the bathroom. While it has the capability to charge an electric vehicle (EV), please note that there is no charger provided for this outlet. Registration Details BCA-72629
