NEW GORGEOUS LUXURY CONDO WHEELCHAIR ACCESIBLE. *** NEW BED in 2nd!*** PRIME BEDROOM has a queen size memory foam mattress & a desk. SECOND BEDROOM has a brand new bed with double mattress medium/firm and a working desk, now accessible to guests. 2 FULL BATHROOMS: The en-suite has has a step up shower and a Bidet. SECOND: Has a tub & shower, very spacious. *OPEN CONCEPT LIV. AREA. *OPEN BALCONY. TASTEFULLY FURNISHED, SOFT AND CLEAN COLORS HARDWOOD FLOORS THROUGHOUT EXTRA WIDE HALLS AND DOORS The space All the rooms in the condo are sanitized before every guests arrival. All the linens in the bedrooms are hot washed, bleached and ironed with a hot steaming iron that kills 98% of the germs. The mattresses and their covers are also STEAMED for every new guests. Floors are totally vacuumed and mopped and carpet in living area receives professional steam cleaning every 3 months, for that reason, I strongly recommend the use of clean sole sleepers inside the unit so the next guest can be confident of the cleanness of the carpet. The Bidet its a luxury tool that it’s been installed to make your stay even more pleasant, please, read the manual before using it. LINEN: There will be 8 towels and an extra set of bed sheets for each bed. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, napkins, dishwasher soap and cloth towels will be available for your free use. Some laundry soap will be available as well. You’ll have Internet but not cable, please use your own account for You-Tube, and the “Guest” account for Netflix only please. The kitchen will have just basic cooking needs: Cooking oil, salt, pepper and only a few more spices. Guest access The guest is welcome to use the entire apartment and the gym in the building. There is one underground parking and guest is also allowed to park on visitors parking behind the building. Other things to note Please REMOVE shoes inside the unit. If you walk bare feet, please make sure your feet are clean please. Please ABSTAIN of using strong spices when cooking, previous guests have reported allergic reactions and use of curry is not allowed, Im also allergic, sorry for the inconvenience. Please DO NOT scratch stainless steel oven or cooktop, use only sponge side to clean in the same direction of the vein. IMPORTANT: Upon booking, Guest declares that they will be vacationing at this property and their primary address is indicated on their current and valid driver's licence. If their situation changes, they agree to cancel the booking. *Only guest with positive reviews will be accepted. *No third party bookings will be accepted unless host is informed and agrees to. *No more than 4 adults, no negotiable, please, breach of this condition will be enough reason for an extra charge equal to one day stay. *Laundry is only allowed when bookings are longer than 7 days @ two FULL loads per week please. * Laundry hours: 7pm-7am on weekdays.
