Waterfront home on Myakka River

Watch the boats go by on Myakka River from your large screened Lanai with outdoor dining, lounge area and water side seating on the large boat dock. Our home is near the splendid Boca Grande Beaches as well as 34 Miles of white sandy Beaches of Manasota Key and Palm Island and 15 Golf Courses. We charge $75 per week to heat the pool. Please let us know if you are interested in having the pool heated so that we can have it ready upon your arrival. The space The Master Bedroom has a King bed with nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, lounge seating with reading lamp, pool area access and adjacent oversized master bath with double granite vanity, walk-in shower, tub and large walk-in closet with additional dresser. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, the third and forth bedrooms have a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity and shower/tub. There is also a powder room off living area. Other things to note We charge $75 per week extra to heat the pool. Let us know if you would like the pool heated.
