Enjoy it! Our home includes 5 beautiful bedrooms (the most beautiful one is located in attic area) and 3 full and 1 half bathrooms. You can relax in our Master bedroom Jacuzzi after a long day of activities. Our first attraction is the game room which includes BILLIARD TABLE, PING PONG, STREET FIGHTER ARCADE MACHINE, , 55 inch TV with a PLAY STATION 4 with video games and karaoke where you can enjoy cold drinks that you can store in the game room fridge. Our living room offers 65 inch TV where you can watch your favorite shows and get cozy by the fireplace. WIFI is available. Our lovely dining room includes dining room table that can fit up to 16 people. At the entrance we have POCKER TABLE that fits 6 people. Our kitchen includes all appliances for everyday use with a modern stainless steel automatic trash can with odor-observing filter and lid lock and sensor :) The KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. We offer sheets, towels, shampoos, conditionings, body gel and so on In the back yard we have basketball hoops, huge certified trampoline and hammock where you can lay while enjoying back yard activities. Outdoor jacuzzi is main attraction for the house. We have out sunny outdoor patio porch swing bench with included adjustable shade awning and comfort padding sitting for 3 people. we also have patio chairs and table We also offer GRILL for BBQ. Our community offers PRIVATE LAKE which is a 2 minute drive, a 7 min walk and a 3 minute bike ride from the house. The lake is maintained well for individuals to swim and relax on white sand beach area. According our community rules and regulations , owners and visitors require to wear a Greenwood Acres WRISTBAND when visiting the amenities (Beach, Lake, Playgrounds). We have BIKES in the shed that you can use for a fun afternoon ride. Our community offers a children’s play area with swings just 2 minutes away from the house. Please keep in mind there is no indoor parking. However, we have plenty of space in the yard to fit up to 9 or more cars. Wawa, Dunkin’ Donuts, Supermarket, Liquor store, Asian restaurants, Chat and Chew diner, CVS and many more stores and dine areas are just two minutes away from the house. Lake Sinca is a huge gorgeous lake which is less than a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away from our home. This location combines the best of both worlds as you can enjoy a winter getaway, enjoying thrilling snow activities or a summer retreat by taking a quick dip by the lake. Other things to note According to our community rules and regulation parking on Public roads or Property lawn in not permited. It is consider violation . If you have small cars and are carefully you can fit up to 8 cars on the property driveway, otherwise 6 cars are max. It you violate the parking rule the police will be called to tow cars away. Ps. Parking violation fee $200 for each car.  Thank you for your consideration !  No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. 25+ AGE. We do have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. We do a professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang up any dirty towels to dry. - Trash must be taken out everyday, place all the garbage bags in the green waste container. - The food on the plates need to be put inside the trash along with taken out to prevent bugs, prior to checkout along with everyday.
