Forest Dunes Unit 706, "The Coast Is Clear" is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo on the 7th floor. The sights and sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony are so relaxing with a great view outdoor pool area too. From the bedroom you can see the sunrise and into North Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can see the sunset and into Garden City. This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. The condo is high enough off the ground level to have great views. It is close enough to the ground level that sights and sounds are more personable. The bedroom has a king bed with plush linens, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, and dresser. The half bathroom has a blow dryer and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The full bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge, side chair, chair with ottoman, a flat screen TV, free WiFi, board games and books for your enjoyment. There is a pub style table with 4 chairs. There are two stools for sitting at the bar. The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more. The large balcony is the perfect place to eat, read a book, or listen to the waves. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for your convenience to use on the beach. The building is very well maintained with an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and laundry room. We love the beach and the mountains. Our condo "The Coast Is Clear" is named after a song by Drake White that touched our hearts. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Full private access to the condo. This building is north of the boardwalk area of Myrtle Beach. It is less congested and more secluded. It is in the Cabana District, an area that has cabanas along the beach and surrounded by residential housing. The beach is never crowded, even in the summer. The condo is near many golf courses in the area. The closest one is Pine Lakes. A car is needed to fully explore Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. If you don't have a car, get an Uber ride. There is a bus line that does go in front of the building. There are local bike shops that will rent bikes to use on vacation. Minimum age to rent is 23 No motorcycle or trailing parking
