Our 650 sq ft modern airbnb is open and bright with lots of windows and tucked in the trees in beautiful South Eugene. Our neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and great walking trails. Just 3 miles from the U of O and 1/2 mile from the bike path. There is one full bedroom and an additional sleeping space in the downstairs living room with a pull out couch that we will gladly make up as a bed if you need it. The space Our studio has huge windows with a beautiful view and a modern and cozy aesthetic. Upstairs is a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (mini fridge, induction burner, microwave, coffee maker), living room and small dining table. Down the spiral stairs is a separate space with a pull out couch. Both the bedroom and the downstairs room have tv's with Apple TV. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house while staying at our airbnb Other things to note Our studio does have a spiral staircase to the downstairs living room area where the sofa bed is. Please consider this when booking with children or if you have any issues with stairs.
